Reflective Compass offers Inner Compass Work as a method uniquely conceived and developed by me.
It emerged from lived experiences, my intercultural sensibility, and my deep listening to the subtle layers of the human psyche.
Rooted in a broad spectrum of psychological, cultural and creative thought, this method does not follow a single school – instead, it interlaces perspectives that explore the human experience through symbol, story, body, space and belonging.
The Inner Compass Work is as sensitive as it is structured, as symbolic as it is embodied – and always in service of gentle clarity and self-recognition, with reactive psychology-based tools for seeing, thinking and sensing your way home:
